His education includes degrees from Columbia University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, along with nearly 15 years of combined hands-on surgical training and experience. Dr. Celso E. Pineiro has been practicing gastroenterology on the Treasure Coast since 1991. After practicing medicine in a large, multi-specialty medical group for many years, he is excited to join a smaller, single specialty practice where he can cultivate long-term relationships with new and established patients. Dr. Pineiro received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Miami and his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. He completed his internal medicine residency and his gastroenterology fellowship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Pineiro specializes in general adult gastroenterology. His areas of interest include but are not limited to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), functional bowel disease (IBS), GERD, liver disease and colorectal cancer screening.

Dr. Joseph is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He has over 20 years of experience in his field. For over twelve years, Dr. Joseph has served the residents on the Treasure Coast. He now has two offices conveniently located in Vero Beach and Fort Pierce.
Dr. Pramod Joseph completed his medical training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at New York Medical College. He also has written several research publications in the field of gastroenterology and has presented at National Geriatric conferences.
Along with having his own offices, Dr. Joseph is also on staff at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. He continues to provide cost-effective treatments that are personalized to meet each patient’s individual needs.
